Yesterday, I was recently sent my FIRST-EVER offer for a free assignment! I am so flattered and honored to finally get a free assignment offer - particularly for such a good-looking booty toy!

My concern is with the size.

The largest anal toy I've ever tried is a 1 1/4" diameter plug. I've been considering trying a 1 1/2" to see what it's like. This assignment, however, is for a 1 3/4" plug!

I am so excited to have a free toy to try, and it looks absolutely amazing, but my concern is that I may not be able to use a toy so big, and that it isn't ethical to snag a free toy if I am not 100% positive that I can properly review it.

I also don't want to send the message that I am not interested in assignments, since it is my first, and in a category of toys that I get VERY excited about!

What should I do?

Do you think it's something you'd be able to work up to in a reasonable time frame and would be able to handle that girth? If not, decline the assignment. It's not sending the message that you don't want assignments, it's simply showing that this isn't one you're interested in or is one you can't use.

I have declined assignments before if it is for something I don't think I will like or use in a timely manner. Personally I would rather decline it and have it reassigned to someone that will use it and right a proper review on it, then for me to let it sit here and eventually do a half decent review because I need to get it done.

You don't have to ever think that saying no will mean that you will be considered picky or not interested. You know your body better than anyone else! While EF would like you to be open minded, if you simply cannot use a product then saying no is perfectly ok.

Now you can work with the toy and give it a try. If you can work up to using it then YAY! If not then that is still useful information for us, the consumers. We need to know if a toy is simply way large for specific levels of play. Besides nothing says you won't be able to continue working with the toy and then favor us with an amazing follow up review in the future.

Honestly though, turning down a review item doesn't black list you or anything.

I decline anal toys all of the time because its just not something I am comfortable with. Like many others have said its not you being rude its you doing what is best for you and in the end best for eden. Trust me as someone who has gotten a toy TOO big to review it hurts eden more because they lost what could have been a great review in the right hands.

This! It won't affect anything in a negative way if you decline.
