Start small, use lots of lube and relax. There is a huge selection of small toys on this site. Pick a few and enjoy.

It's going to take a little time like Bill220 said start small maybe a finger and work your way up, if it hurts stop and wait and try it again in a few days. This is supposed to be pleasurable and not painful

We started with fingers and I recently bought our first two anal toys: Ripple to start with and Neo to work to. Just go slow and lube up!
