dude, look up "Lemon Reamer / Juicer" or "glass orange juicer" on google.
Most of the juicer dildos appear to have ridges that look like the ridges of a manual citrus reamer. When you include a handle the resemblance is pretty clear.

They actually stimulate the inside of the vagina to produce lubrication. Does the same with the anus as far as I have noticed with experienced. I was always told to try one when I went through my dry spell two years ago.
