can you put a bullet vibe in the bottom of it, where there is a hole where the color is? would this work?

No - there's no hole in it. If you hold a vibe against the glass - it will vibrate. There are glass vibes, but I've never tried one - can't say how well they work.

You can always get a Vibrating penis ring and place it on it. I'm sure it will work.
