I have both. The Adam has a better G-spot curve, but I hardly ever use it because it's a bit too girthy for me to comfortably get inside me without a lot of warm-up. I find that the Mark is the perfect size for me, and has enough of a curve to be satisfying, but it's definitely not the most extreme-feeling dildo out there.
