I'm a pescatarian (I eat fish but not other animals) 99+% of the time. On holidays or other special occasions where poultry is served, I'll eat a small amount of that.
I tried veganism, but I missed fish and dairy too much. People told me I'd miss beef and pork when I gave those up 15 years ago - but I never have. I was sure I'd miss chicken and turkey when I gave up poultry two years ago, but I haven't missed those, either.
