I would pay maybe $10-20 more for a green toy, but being green is not the deciding factor. And personally I'm not sure how well rechargeable things will work for me, my privacy is limited. Currently trying to think of how to hide charging toys without only charging while I'm around...
I don't take being green or not into consideration when buying a toy. I'm just much more focused on other features. So no, I wouldn't pay extra for a green toy.
what do you consider a green toy? Is it green if it is rechargable? Is it still green when it is made 7000 miles away in a country with no EPA or laws protecting nature?

I think you make an interesting and valid point. I think the same way.
Like others have said, it's not really being green that's the deciding factor. It just so happens that more convenient and better quality toys are often more green!
Only in the way that silicone is greener than smelly-jelly cause it can last and last while the other one should be thrown away after couple of months. Less junk in the tip. Same goes for glass.
Ick! I have one pure silicone toy and one glass and I'm already talking like a snob.
I'm a cheapie so no. I'm all about green and recycling and re-using, but I will not pay more for it. Comapanies are always asking people to go green, but they jack the prices up so high that people cannot afford to go green.

I'd with you! The cost of saving the world always gets passed down to the little guys. If companies are so concerned about the environment why aren't they willing to cut into their bottom line to meet us halfway?
No, I do not know if I buy all this green things, I think there maybe some kind of conspiracy on it. Maybe not, but seems like there might just be.
I kind of agree - not so much of a conspiracy - it's mostly a marketing ploy for the gullible who really think that a 'green' product is somehow superior to one that isn't.
I'm far more concerned about non-porous materials, as I have HPV. Sorry but I do have my priorities. If I have a sex toy I don't want it to be able to collect germs, both my own and outside ones.
