I own many pieces of lingerie and unfortunately I dont wear most of them do to not having them compliment my body type.So now when I pick something out I go for what would work best for me and hide my flaws.because if the things i feel the most insecure about are showing i dont feel very sexy.It took me awhile and alot of money later to realize this should be how i base what i buy!

As sexy as the lingerie is, I want to be confident that I look good, so I try to match things that will look good on my body. Narrows it down a bit, but I don't want to get something I won't wear.

I try to pick out lingerie that my husband would like, but also something that will be comfortable for me. I also like to find lingerie that doesn't cost too much as well and I try to find outfits that make my body more appealing since I am self concious.

I need multiple choice here! Lol. I go for what flatters my body type best as well as what I find to be sexy. Also, price is a major factor for me. I tend to be a cheapie! Lol. When it comes to lingerie and dresses though, if I like it enough I'll spend the money for it. As far as going for what my partner would find sexy, I don't even think of that while shopping for clothing or lingerie. He's never not liked anything I've worn and usually says it looks great even when I don't like it. I care more about how I FEEL in it than what he might think.

I'm generally going for a sexy look or a certain costume theme. Comfort is probably a very close number 2 priority - If I feel itchy or constrained or whatever when I'm wearing it, I won't feel sexy.

As for body type - well, he's seen my belly, and knows all about it, so I'm perfectly fine showing it off.

I only buy lingerie that I think will look best on my body type. If it doesn't fit or is unflattering I won't feel sexy and then my partner won't think it's sexy.
