It would really depend on the item. I'm all about buying tops and gowns, etc., but I'd be slightly hesitant about buying bottoms from a thrift store. Depending on how much I absolutely loved them, I'd be more or less swayed.

All clothes that you find at thrift stores (especially undergarments) are washed before they are put up for sale. I'd be a little squicked out if they looked very used, but if they looked rather new I'd still get them.

I was just thinking this too!
I bought three lingerie tops that were great quality. I was super happy to have gotten away with such a great deal and they are very cute.
I wouldn't buy any panties but swimsuit bottoms are a maybe, as long as they can be washed/sanitized.
