Products like arousal lubes and gels often contain Menthol which will feel cool or warm when applied to the skin and give kind of a tingly sensation during sex. It all depends on the arousal lube. Some are stimulating, creating a tingling sensation for a woman's clit, usually using something like menthol to create this sensation. This makes the clit more sensitive, and therefore, easier to stimulate. Now, I've had some that just don't do a darn thing for me. What may work for one woman, may do nothing for another.
