My boyfriend and I are looking to replace the cheap, generic lube we bought when we were first starting out. I recently got him a Fleshlight and the lube we have dries out so quickly that he can't even use it. I need a lube that works well and lasts long. Any suggestions?
I am a Maximus fan personally, but I see Sliquid Silk is winning - so be warned. Sliquid Silk is NOT a purely water-based lube. It is a hybrid lube. It has dimethicone in it - a silicone. You will need to do a spot test on your toys before using it if you opt for the Sliquid Silk.

Maximus is no good for people with sensitive skin, though. I tried it once and SO MUCH BURNING. But I'm really, really sensitive. YMMV.
As for Silk being hybrid, if you're looking for a purely water-based lube, I like Sliquid Organics gel (no burning here!). Hybrids are great, but they still have that problem of needing to be washed off with soap, which means they hang around in your vag for a while.
If you are looking to get away from cheap feeling lubes, I would steer clear of the ID glide. I did a review on it recently and it really doesn't hold up.

That's good to know, as well as the water-based lube not being just water-based. My boyfriend has sensitive skin so this is helpful. I'll look into Sliquid Organics.
I did like the water based Pink lube, but Maximus is still the all time best for me. I can't use anything with glycerin because I'm sensitive and Maximus doesn't cause problems and holds up to rough play. ID Glide is complete shit.
If using it for something like a Fleshlight, a silicone-type lube like Sliquid Silk might be TOO slick. We use Wet Gel (Original) lubricant with our Fleshlights, though, and it works fantastically.
Love love love my Yes lube. In oil or water based it's safe on silicone, organic, very body safe and feels great. Unfortunately not available on EF but here is there website. I'm sooo happy with mine.

Very important! I almost bought some to use with my (almost exclusively) silicone toys. I do stand by Sliquid H2O thought, it's great.
