The Tenga Flip Air has a feature where your guy can press a button on it to create suction. It's what I'm getting my guy for Valentine's Day, and it has a lot of great reviews. It can take a pretty long penis too.

the spiral is only 4.5 inches long and closed ended. while it will stretch, it might be too small for those 7' or longer.

Flip air back because the texture and it seems easy to clean. The egg is a one time use thing.
