Much bigger, in fact. "C" are second only to "D" which is the biggest round battery you can get. "C" and "D" are both the same length as "AA" just wider if that helps you get a frame of reference for size.
Thanks for the help! It's hard to tell on EF because the batteries in the pics have no numbers on them and whatnot. They look similar from just looking at them! I wish EF carried more N batteries instead of just a two pack
