Lost count but I do have a great bunny farm, a couple of glass dildo's, lube, multi-function vibes, lots of wipes, rings, EF Bags and now a towel. I can't even begin to name all the rest and actually keep them separate from all my purchased toys.

I've gotten some nice glass items from promotions. Like the Nubby G Wand, the Ocean Bliss, and the Blue Swirl. I've tried the Eden C-ring and didn't like it. The wipes are nice and the bags are as well, but I don't get them with every order.
