Which kegel exerciser is the most effective?

For me, the Ami set was the most effective. I want to test out the Magic banana though.

It absolutely depends on what size you need -- if you can use a dildo that's around 1 1/2" wide comfortably, then you will likely need the average size kegel ball and have little problem with any of the balls being too large. However, if you cannot comfortably use a dildo of that size, then you'll probably need mini balls, which is what I have to use as the rest are way too large for me. Some of them, I could not even get inside of me!

None of those are very ... convenient in my opinion. If you need an average size kegel ball, I recommend the Smartballs OR the Twinny Balls, which are great, feel similar to the rumble you get from a Smartball, but comes with two different sizes (one two balled exceriser and one ONE ball exerciser.) I bought them, but they would not go inside me due to the size.

Now, if you're like me and need a mini ball, the best ones out there (in my opinion) are the Luna Mini Beads. They also come in regular/average size, which I would recommend to someone who plans to stick to their routine for the long haul and for someone who wants a big, more noticeable rumble.

I've tried a lot of them and do not like the ben wa balls or the glass ones like you have on your list because they have no inner ball and those types have never made me actually work my muscles.

I also own the Pure Wand and don't find it efficient for kegels. The small end is quite large for me and the curve causes a really weird... gap in my cooter hole and inserting is just awkward. Thrusting with it creates this loud air whooshing sound and I just have no been able to get used to it. On the other hand, if you're only inserting it and being very gentle and kegeling, it might be effective, but the times I tried that, I really only felt like it was applying way too much pressure on my walls. No idea why it's affected me so differently than everyone else. It bugs me!

Also, with the Ami, Magic Bananana & Pure Wand, you will have to set aside time every single day. Time where you can be alone, in private and do at least a good 30 kegels. That isn't realistic for me in the least. I'm lucky if I have enough time alone while in the damn bathroom, much less for an extra activity like kegels. Lol. I find it much, much more convenient to slide some balls in and go. I actually just took my Mini Luna's out an hour ago. I wear them every day and for at least 3 hours at a time. Easy, efficient, entertaining (I love the rumbles!) and convenient.
