Okay, this has 3 stars and I have to admit I am not a fan of a rubber ball in my mouth. I imagine it taste nasty. HOWEVER, I have such a small head! None of the "collar" type fit. They slide and are off in 2 seconds. Any recommendations, since this isn't it?

The Aslan Silicone Ball Gag fits me and most ball gags don't. It's collar style, but it fits smaller sized heads. Plus - silicone!

I have a small head, too. I highly recommend the silicone small removable ball gag.

I like both your recommendations, especially since i have been looking at the Aslan ball. Reminds me of the Narnia movies. xD
