Our basement IS sort of a stealth sex room/dungeon, but we don't play down there very often. When we first moved in, I installed eye bolts in one of the beams, in the perfect position to attach wrist cuffs, set between two poles in just the right place to attach ankle cuffs.

With mundane stuff hanging on various hooks around the eye bolts, it doesn't look like anything sexual/kinky, but when we take down the stuff, it works well. The only problems are that the ceiling is too low to swing a whip, and the floor is cold, which kills it for my wife. We have played down there a couple of times anyway, but we have more fun in the bedroom.

I would love have a secret play room. I wouldn't want any hooks and chains, but it would be awesome to have a room full of sex furniture and various toys.

My sex dungeon would be less like a dungeon and more like a sexy love cave. There'd be some BDSM features but it wouldn't be the whole theme of the room. I'd totally love to devote an entire room to sex but I don't see that happening anytime soon..

I'm not sure about a sex dungeon as I'm not super kinky, but I do think a dedicated part of a room or closet filled with sexy lingerie and a display of all my toys would be really cool.

No spare room in my house to use for this, and the basement's too crowded with the furnace and water heater in the center of it, but if I were living alone, I would definitely build a new garage and section part of it off (or two buildings; one for hangout/project space and the other sectioned off into "Love" and "Lab" spaces.)

Running power and water for various devices and a no-frills restroom/shower for the love/lab building (In case of chemical spills and, well, "chemical spills") might be a pain though, on top of the expense of both structures.

Yes and no, I’d rather redo our bedroom to be a sex room right now it looks like a suburban master bedroom but I want to make it dark and sensual add a stripper pole and sex swing, comfy chaise to start recording video reviews from. A place to display our toys, lubes, nice area for lingerie etc. not necessarily a “dungeon” but in my mind, it would resemble the room in 365 days that Massimo tied Laura to the bed in, With the lion pic but a huge pic of me. Like that’s the vibe I would like.

Oh, absolutely.
While a (stereo)typical dungeon wouldn't necessarily be my thing, I definitely at some point want a room where I can have larger, more heavy-duty kink equipment (St. Andrews cross, spanking bench, etc) that wouldn't fit in my bedroom - and would raise a few eyebrows with my platonic guests. It would be fun to be able to display all my toys there too, instead of hiding them. Ideally this sex room would also be soundproof, so I wouldn't need to worry about the neighbors
Incidentally, there's a great show called "How To Build A Sex Room." It has some wonderful sex rooms for everyone from very vanilla couples to full-on kinksters, and has definitely gotten ideas percolating in my head.

Absolutely my girlfriend always tells me she wants a sex room complete with a swing and all types of furniture so our already long sexual sessions could be even longer ultimately a whole day on and off as we get tired and build our energy back up. So not quite a dungeon as neither of us are that into BDSM but some restraints, light choking and spanking every so often is always hot.
