Sex Swings - will they hold big girls?
ours will hold 200 pounds with the included spring. But you can purchase a heavy duty spring to hold up to 400 pounds. We purchased one from a porch swing company for under $20. Our swing will hold both my wife and I no problems. Just make sure you know what you are doing when you insert the hardware into the framing in your house.
