It's water based, so yes you can. You'll actually want to use prolonging sprays with condoms because otherwise there's a very good chance that you'll end up transferring the numbing properties to your partner.
It says that it is a water based spray so that means it is okay to use with condoms. I prefer to use condoms with anything that has numbing products in them to prevent them from transfering to me.
