That's not a reason to laugh at you! Many people use condoms on their toys to both protect the toy, the user (if the toy is of questionable material) and provide extra sensation.

They do protect the toys well so it is a good idea

Thats alot more common then you think. It is actually a faily good practice, for safety with toys plus helps making cleaning slightly easier.

I have used condoms on toys many times, makes clean up faster and some of the textured condoms feel good too.

I also use them when using silicone lube on silicone toys. Most of the time I can tie a knot in the end so it protects the toy.
