Has anyone else had this problem with the Astrovibes?

I have been having an issue with the dial on this toy since, like, the second time I used it. It's currently my only real vibrator, other than my bullets (I'm really trying to save up to get a good, strong silicone vibrator). So being that it is kind of all I have right now, that makes it even more frustrating. I'll just copy & paste what I said in my follow-up review for my Virgo:

"I still like this vibe, BUT I do have one big issue with it! I noticed upon it's second use that there is an issue with the dial. There is still some room for it to turn after being turned to the strongest vibrations. The issue with this is that it doesn't keep vibrating, it turns off! I have a big issue with this being that I use this while laying on my stomach, so the dial can be turned the slightest bit from rubbing against the sheets and then it shuts off completely and I have to turn it back. It can be frustrating. I have considered trying to contacting the company about this issue to see if maybe they could replace it, or if it is an issue with all of them and not just mine, but since I went through my toys and got rid of all of the non-silicone toys I am worried I would be left without a vibrator for a while."

So is it just me? What should I do about it? Do you think I should contact the company, and if so what could happen?

I don't have one so I can comment on that. What I can do is offer some ideas for ya.

I notice that the dial has a screw, have you tried tightening it some? Not to much but if it is loose that could be part of the problem. If that does not work, take the dial off and take a picture of the insides and post it here (if you can), I may have another idea or two that might help. If not, describe what is inside for me, what I am looking for is an O-ring or something like that.

Eek! I'd be afraid to tinker with the inside of the toy myself. lol

I've been so caught up with a mess of things going on in my life the past month that I had completely forgotten about this. I just took your advice and emailed them. Hopefully this can get solved.
