It's big but at least it seems ergonomic. Your hand prolly won't cramp when using it.

I bet the size is good for gripping, but in other reviews that I have read I heard the toy get's kind of slippery. And slips away while using it. So just a word of warning, good luck

The only thing that I found annoying was that if your going for a longer play session your hand may start to go numb from the vibrations. Other than that even in the shower I didn't find it too slippery to hold on to, I think that it has nice grip.
