White Lingerie - does it always look bridal?

I'm not a fan of white lingerie - but it's because I like contrast and my wife's skin is fair - it all ends up being too white. However if my wife had darker skin - I'm sure she would look good in white.

I don't think so. I think there are some sexy white pieces that don't look bridal. I think it's just our minds that trick us into thinking it is. I agree with Gunsmoke that it looks best on darker skin tones though. Black women look amazing in white lingerie, and I wish that there were more (let's be real, ANY) black models on the stock photos.

Depends, really. I personally don't like white lingerie, but it has nothing to do with any kind of bridal aspect.
