I was asking my doctor about this couple weeks back at my yearly physical. For myself he advised me to increase my water daily consumption. For my age told to take Folic Acid, & Super B-Complex supplements. He told me it will take some time for my load to build up, others have posted about not exploding my load everyday.
Check with your doctor before taking these two supplements if they agree with my talk with my doctor. Don't want to pass on misinformation to anyone.
