Cleaning Out the Bum

My partner would like to have more anal play, yet he mentioned he would be more comfortable if he cleansed the area internally first. Have you tried any of these products to suggest one?

If you have one of these or another product, what would you suggest?

Sorry, I wish I could vote, but I've never used one before. I hope someone who has will actually comment about the differences for you.

I haven't. Frankly I don't see how they're better than a regular disposable enema that you can buy at a grocery store. I guess being washable/reusable is more economical in the long run for people that use a lot of enemas, but I would opt for the disposable version myself.

He actually mentioned using an enema followed by using this. So, BayosGirl, the enema alone would work? I'm simply unfamiliar with enemas other than a couple of memories from decades ago as a child.

You can use the disposable syringe that comes with the enema, but you should not use the enema solution itself. Commercially available enemas are designed for people with constipation issues. As such, the solutions are designed to draw fluids into the bowels to soften stools and promote a bowel movement. Many people will recommend simply using the disposable bottle out of convenience and filling it with warm water.

Any of your choices would work fine for a beginner. I recently reviewed the Ultra Douche link.

The only one I've used is the Colt, and I highly recommend it. Mine's lasted me over two years, and it is a precursor to any and all anal play - even if I'm just wearing a plug around for a little while. I even wrote-up a review on it.

My preference for cleaning the area out: fingers and a shower. Douches scare me.
