No, sorry, don't have a clue. I have itchy skin in the winter, but not down below. I apply lotion on legs, chest, etc. wherever it's itchy, but like I said usually only in the winter time. Good luck with that, hope he finds the cause of it and can find a remedy....having the itches is a bummer

Try Aquaphor healing ointment, even babies use it on their bottoms. Just one small dab is enough to cover a large area, even though it's an ointment, it doesn't feel greasy. I have really bad dry, itchy skin, ever since I switch to Aquaphor, I haven't had any problems.

I agree with Rossie on Aquaphor, or you can try using Biafine.
