Thinner condoms

Oh I know that they are just as safe. I just have heard people talk about them in the forum I own that they have been worried. I just wondered if others felt this way too.

i have only used one from that brand and it was regular. IDK I wasn't impressed but maybe you are right about the thinner ones. I will have to try that. Thanks!

I haven't done a review on Crown's ultra-thin variety (Skinless Skin) as it is not sold here, though in my experience it is on par with Kimono microthins and Durex extra sensitive. Ours have never broken, as we use a silicone lubricant on both sides of the condom regularly. The thinner condoms conduct heat and sensation very well. Since we've established a long safety record with these, we have no intention of switching back!

Interesting, Crown condoms are commonly used in the porn industry if condoms are used.

We've experimented with four different kinds of condoms- Trojan Enz, Trojan Magnum, Proper Attire and Okamoto Crown condoms. In order of "Best Feel for Him" it ranked as Crown, then Trojan Enz, then Proper Attire and finally the Magnums. I would rank them in the same order for 'what feels best for me'. I think the Crowns are incredible (request to make them available here??) and they even look great with the pink tint. I've seen other condoms produced by the same company, .004 and .003 (the numbers refer to the thickness, or rather thinness, of the material). I saw pictures of each of these placed over a banana and compared to a standard thinness condom (which is .007) and they were essentially invisible. Both my boyfriend and I have considered buying them but because the material is so very thin we're reluctant- we worry it's so thin that it's more likely to break. Although of course they'd still have the same safety standards its a mental block. In the end we use the Crowns on a regular basis and decided to purchase the .003 True Fits for a special occasion.

Yeah that's where it got its fame from. They are good but they have some microfine powdery substance on them. It's barely there but a bit weird. The color is funny but it's thin enough and feels good but nothing special. Durex extra sensitive is better. I tried a 003 one by okamoto (most pricey) it's no good! It's extremely tight and not elastic, GREEN, and the ring just came off once I used it max 3 times. My preference is 004-005. Thinner than that and it's not latex and it's not enough, over this is overkill in terms of security and sacrificiing pleasure.

I like the Durex Extra Sensitive, just because we have had such rotten luck with the Trojan, and I am not saying that they are bad, but they are not for us, lol. The thinner material doesn't scare me since it is almost always what we use, and we also double up on protection, like I am on the pill and we always use a condom, just to dot our i's and cross our t's.
