I did when I was in high school. I was straddling my then boyfriend while he was driving, but I've also given a blowjob and handjob while my husband was driving. At the time I really didn't care if it was safe or not. Looking back, I an see how stupid and dangerous it was. Especially the full on sex. I was partially-blocking the driver's view of the road and now having driven down the road myself, it was very twisty and dangerous anyway. Had he run off the road I'd have probably died. It's just not a good idea.

Young and crazy as we are, we still wouldn't have any kind of sex while driving, not even just handjobs. That's just not safe. The closest we get is me in the passenger seat discretely having fun, while he's driving and trying not to watch. I stop if I catch him taking his eyes off the road too much. The thrill of sex while driving may be fun, from what people have said, but it's not worth dying for.

Tee-hee-hee...yep, we were young, in love, horny, stupid...both times. Thankfully the first time, we also were on a long, not often used ocean coastal highway late at night and the more excited my husband got, the less he pressed on the accelerator...until he realized we were going about 10 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. The next time, about a year later, we were on our way home from a concert when I decided to give him a BJ. I think this is something people consider and sometimes attempt - especially people who've never had a car accident and feel comfortable screwing around while driving.

I am one who sometimes blacks out when I orgasm, some people do this, even momentarily and don't realize it (I only knew because my partner told me) I can't imagine DRIVING while blacking out. Or even while having a normal orgasm. Or even while becoming aroused, I tend to go into my own world, not the place to be while driving.
IMO, driving while playing is not Safe Sex.
Once, however, many years ago, My Man and I were pulled over in a deserted area, and the cops pulled up behind us, lights flashing, (never put my pants on so fast!) and they pulled My Man out of the car, guns drawn and one of the cops yelled, "Is this they guy?" Luckily, the other cop said, "Nope. It's not him, wrong vehicle, too." Then he peered into the back seat and said, "Carry on!" and they drove away.

I've given road head too, but it's been a while. A good male friend of mine once told me about how he was driving his car down the road and his date mounted him. Somehow they managed (he has an SUV so there was a bit more room), but they could have been in an accident (it was after midnight) or even pulled over by a cop! How do you explain that?
