It isn't something that happens often, but there are some times when I wake up with back pain from a long night of riding my fiance. I don't know what it is, maybe that I ride him too hard.

Getting old is a b.... - sometimes when I don't exercise enough - or play too much golf, my back will hurt and having sex can make it worse. I usually have my wife go cowgirl - she loves it and it doesn't hurt my back.

My husband has back and hip pain all the time and I have back pain on occasion, just from getting older and heavier. But, Liberator pillows definitely help alleviate some of the pain.

I have back pain normally.....so i can't tell if it's sex back pain or just my usual. I get really bad hip pain from sex sometimes....usually because I forget I have joints when my adrenaline get high and my legs are up by my ears!!

I've found it very important to change positions if my back/neck/hips start hurting, and to use pillows, desks, stools, books, whatever is handy.

I hurt my back earlier this summer and have been pretty miserable...sex was hurting a lot at first when I was trying to go easy, but it turned out that going all out stretched things out and actually made me feel better! Score one for rough sex!
