How much did you gain?

I have no clue, but probably the average, probably the same with any pump. My partner hasn't ever used them and I'm a female so...Lol. I wouldn't expect a huge change though and it won't be permanant. However, you can read reviews on it and see how other's felt about it.

Check at the reviews they will help you a lot with figuring that out.

if using a ring it helps a lot with width and girth. there isn't a huge length difference though. it works fairly fast.
