I always sleep in whatever shirt I wore that day and my underwear. I can't wear pants or shorts because they get all twisted up, but I don't feel right sleeping naked.

I sleep in a tank top and underwear, or a longer long sleeve night shirt when it's cold. I tried sleeping nude, but I wasn't all that comfortable. Unless it's after sex, then it doesn't bother me so much.

I used to wear pajamas of some sort, but my boyfriend always sleeps naked and I quite prefer nude as well, I've found

It depends. If it's warm, I almost always sleep nude. If it's cold, I only do sometimes. If I have my period or I'm sick, I always wear pj's or I'm not comfortable.

Naked only when I'm sleeping with my husband. If I'm sleeping alone, or if my son climbs into our bed, or if we have houseguests, or if we're staying with someone else (or any other arrangement, really) I wear pajamas.

I sleep in a t-shirt and pajama pants at home (with my mom and younger brother) and at my dorm (with my roommate). I sleep in a sort of lingerie-ish dress at my boyfriend's house.

Naked all year long. The temp at our place is always the same anyway. I keep a pair of slippers by the bed for bathroom runs.
I actually feel warmer naked than in pajamas if I'm under a warm comforter. And it's SO much more comfortable.
