The twister is a remote-controlled, vibrating butt plug. It's longer than other plugs my wife and I have and it's for this reason that this toy is my new favorite plug. Its bendable material and length make it a great option for prostate play, as it rests right on my P-spot. Its cord length is just right, long enough to push out of the way but not so long it easily tangles. The cord unplugs from the controller, making the plug easy to clean. The controller has 10 different vibration patterns, which I found to be more than enough options. My sex life benefited from having a remote-controlled toy. I have really enjoyed giving the controller to my wife and letting her choose the settings.

According to the package, the twister is made from TPE and ABS. When I opened the package, there was no smell, which is always a good sign. The material is soft and bendable but gives enough resistance to make insertion easy. Once inserted, it stayed very comfortably in place. The flange at the base of the plug prevents the toy from getting lost inside you. The flange is soft enough that it doesn't feel like it is spreading your cheeks, it molds around them. The ridges provide very little texture, so it feels very smooth upon entry.

The shape of the twister is pretty similar to most other butt plugs. It's tapered at the top to make insertion easy, widens out to about the width of two fingers, then narrows again before the flange. I found it easy to insert. The narrow part before the flange helps prevent the toy from coming out, and this plug stays in place better than other plugs.

The length is a big selling point for me since it situates the bullet within the plug right against my P-spot. As far as girth is concerned, it measures at 3.25 inches, or about two fingers at the widest point. So, even if you are a total anal amateur, this plug should be comfortable. The Twister features 10 different vibration settings. They range from very subtle to "Auntie Em, it's a twister!" In addition to changing the vibration intensity, the vibration pattern also changes. One minor drawback is that you can not control the pattern and intensity independently, they are preset. The controller unplugs from the plug, which helps when cleaning. The controller uses two AAA batteries. I am still on my first set of batteries, and after several uses, it is still running strong.



The plug is waterproof but the controller is not. So, if you use this in the tub, be careful where you put the controller down. Unfortunately, I do not have a bathtub, but I am looking forward to eventually testing the toy underwater. The controller is super simple, two buttons. One turns the toy on and off, the other cycles through the settings. This toy is fairly quiet, not usable-in-public quiet but certainly not loud enough you could hear it through a door.

The Twister comes with a few care instructions on the box. They recommend taking the batteries out when not in use and cleaning with soap and water. They also state, "For maximum pleasure, use lubricant with this product." Do yourself the favor and use lube anytime you do anything anal. Since the plug itself is waterproof, to clean it, simply unplug the controller and wash just the plug. I would highly recommend picking up toy cleaner if you don't have some already; it makes the job a bit easier.

The twister arrived in a simple, little box. A window shows both the plug and controller; a slot in the packaging stores the extra cord attached to the plug. The packaging has care instructions and the product materials, which I think is great. I am a big fan of any company that is very open about their materials. I certainly plan to keep the box since it is a convenient, safe place to store the toy when not in use.
