So I did not actually buy this for myself, it was a Christmas gift for my long distance significant other, but they were enthusiastic enough about it that they actually asked me to leave a review and I'm relaying the experience as directly as possible, so here's a quote, followed by paraphrasing:

Bear in mind that this is quite a large toy, and doesn't have an especially defined base, so definitely be careful when using it, but the shape is perfect. It's filling but the shape is comfortable, and the vibration settings are really strong and have a lot of variations. It has 10 settings that you change by hitting the button on the bottom, so you can easily change the settings while you're using it. It's easy to clean and the functions are easy to use, the only minor design flaw is that you tend to hit the button on the bottom as you're using it and accidentally change the vibration pattern on yourself, which is mildly annoying in the moment but not a mood killer. It does attract lint a little, like silicone tends to do, but if you rinse it off before you use it it's no big deal. The toy has a pretty firm texture overall, but the surface is really smooth.

The packaging on this is NOT subtle, it says "BUTT PLUS" in massive letters (we ha a laugh about it actually), so if you happen to live with your parents who happen to be devout, homophobic Baptists, definitely throw the packaging away where they will not stumble upon it. Like at your boyfriend's house. Also, the toy itself is obviously a sex toy, so don't leave it in the shower.

It is worth mentioning that significant other (who is male-bodied) reached orgasm from prostate stimulation alone when using this for the first time, so it's pretty damn effective.
