I experienced Xtreme pleasure with this Xtreme toy. It could prove to be a favorite. However, it is my first non-silicone toy and my wife and I don't share penetrating toys, so I've never used condoms. But, I ordered some condoms for the Crankshaft after experiencing swelling and itching, which may be indicative of the presence of phthalates, despite the package claims.
The Titanmen Crankshaft, while probably not for anyone just getting into anal play, is great for intermediate to advanced users. The vibrations feel great, and the ten settings for each bullet makes for a lot of varying sensations. Don't be intimidated by it's large size, this thing isn't as scary as it might look.
Intimidating in size? Yes. A bit. But when you break it down to its smaller parts, like that it has three delicious little bulbs that vibrate in various spots along the road to your prostate, it might be worth a mid day shower to go check it out for yourself.
