Titanmen crankshaft - probe by Doc Johnson - review by Elias McLovin

The Titanmen Crankshaft is a big multi-speed anal probe. When I say big, I mean BIG. Even knowing how long this thing is from the description, I still underestimated how big it was going to be. I was a little intimidated once I took it out of the package, but once I started using it, that feeling went away.

The probe is made with PVC, and is phthalates free. It has a smooth texture, which makes it easier to slide in. It’s waterproof, so you can use this in the shower if you wanted to. Water and silicone-based lubes can be used with this toy. It is 14 1/4 inches long with an insertable length of 11 inches. It has 3 bulbs, the first of which is about 4 inches around. The second bulb starts about 1 1/4 inches below the first, and is about 5 1/4 inches around. The third bulb starts about 1 3/4 inches below the second and is about 5 3/4 inches around. Should you be able to get it all in, the end of the insertable portion is about 6 1/4 inches around. The controller/battery pack screws into the bottom, and has a rubber seal to keep out water. It takes 4 AAA batteries, which are not included.

The probe has two vibrating bullets. One in the first bulb and one in the third. Each bullet has its own buttons on the controller. One to turn on the bullet, and another to cycle through the settings. There are ten settings total.
1 Low vibration
2 Medium vibrations
3 High vibrations
4 Short continuous pulses
5 A short pulse then a long pulse
6 Two short pulses then a long pulse
7 Five short pulses starting at low and ending at high
8 Continuous vibration that start very low and revs up to medium, pulses twice, then continues revving up to high
9 Continuous vibration that starts very low, the slowly revs up to high. There are pulses twice and slowly goes back to low, pulses twice and starts over.
10 Three pulses, low medium and high, then slowly revs up from low to high.
Since the bullet controls are separate from each other, you can have each bullet on different settings.

To clean, you can use warm water and anti-bacterial soap. Make sure the controller is tightly screwed so water doesn’t get inside to the batteries. I let it air dry, and then return it to its original packaging. If you are going to share this toy, make sure you use a condom. Since it’s made from PVC, it’s porous and can’t be sterilized.

The probe comes in a long plastic clam shell package. The cardboard insert feature product and material information on the back. There is also an instruction manual, and a small package of silicone lube.

My experience with the Titanmen Crankshaft has been great. Being that I’m still somewhat inexperienced with anal toys, I haven’t been able to insert it very far. My first time using it felt great, and that was before I even put it in. I started out with turning the first bullet on and massaging my perineum and outside of my anus. Just on the first/low setting, the vibrations felt pretty strong. The vibrations from the second bullet travel pretty well, so I can still feel them if I only have the tip in. Once inside, the vibrations diminish somewhat, but still feel pretty good. I think once I'm able to hit my prostate with this, I'll have an amazing experience. The best feature of this toy is being able to mix the different vibration settings. With two bullets, and ten settings for each, that a hundred different combinations. Once I get more experienced with this toy, I plan to try them all.

Now that I can take bigger toys, I dusted the crankshaft off and took it for a spin. I like this toy a lot more now. I can feel the vibrations more than the first time I tried it, and I get quite a bit of stimulation from the bulges. The only problem is I can't yet get the toy itself to hit my prostate. I can feel some of the vibrations in my prostate, but it's still not enough to send me over the edge.
