This is the first time my husband and I have experimented with cuffs, and I enjoyed it a lot. We have tried the easy, whatever-you-can-find-around-the-room to restrain one another, but we have never had any type of cuffs.

I loved that there was Velcro used to attach the cuffs. I am pretty claustrophobic; I can take restraints for some time, and then I start to freak out and need to get out as soon as possible. It sucks that I love bondage; however, being claustrophobic interferes with my fun. With the Velcro, it was easy to get out - and to get out fast. However, if you are role playing and are pretending to get out, it is easy to get out; so, that might spoil the fun a little.

I did not like that there was Velcro wrist/ankle straps, but then there was nothing to attach the other end to. There was no Velcro or other attachment so that you could be restrained to the bed or something of that nature. I thought that the product was more like a hogtie or other bondage materials which are easier to restrain by attaching to something else.

There was no need for us to clean this product, so I don't know how to clean them. However, I have used similar products at my job; we simply put them in a tied pillowcase and wash. I would not recommend putting them in the dryer because the Velcro will wear down with time. This product is easy to carry and store, with no fear of it making noise and people wondering what you are carrying.

My husband and I are looking forward to experimenting with similar products and taking our bondage experiences to new levels. I believe this was an excellent starter product, which also has helped with my claustrophobia.
