Fetish Fantasy lover's bondage kit - bdsm kit discontinued by Pipedream - review by White Fox

My partner and I have been having fun recently trying out some light bondage and thought this set would be fun to toy around with. I have to admit, there's quite a few options here!

Upon receiving the package we eagerly opened it up, just like all our other EF packages! Inside was the standard "peg hanging" style cardboard box a lot of the cheaper items come in but it had some surprising heft. Opening it up we found quite an assortment of items! I wasn't quite expecting this much but it was a very pleasant surprise. Inside were a full set of cuffs, an inflatable pillow, two-sided paddle, massage lotion, petals and a mask. Everything was Valentine's red and heart themed.

Starting with the cuffs, they were typical lower end quality but a bit above really cheap. The material was a thin velvety type stuff with black piping at the edges, fastened by velcro with heart-shaped metal loops instead of typical ring shaped ones. The overall effect is rather cute but don't expect them to last for any heavier type of sessions. The quality is good enough for some light play but the material is cheaper and the heart rings are hollow. Along with the cuffs you can use the included mask but that's just a very cheap nylon and elastic affair that doesn't stay on well and makes a bit of noise. My partner and I enjoyed playing with the cuffs and they held her pretty well but the mask kept slipping off and made things a bit silly. Not the best for trying to be more serious but it may be an icebreaker for a more fun V-day!

Moving on to the paddle, we were pleasantly surprised! Again the heart motif is present. The paddle itself is heart-shaped and on one side has a heart-shaped cutout with fake fur behind it. It feels like a good solid paddle with decent stitching and using it on my partner's backside made a very satisfying and rather LOUD smack! I used the plain leather side rather than the fur-covered one because I liked the sound much better but either side should give a nice satisfying sound. I think I'll bring out the paddle every once in a while to play with.

The massage lotion was a nice treat as well. My partner and I aren't too fond of "warming" lubricants but it does double as a good massage lotion and that's how we used it. It's slick but thick enough to give a good massage so I think we'll just stick with it for that. We didn't get around to using the pillow and the petals but the pillow seems built well. Since it's a lower end blow-up pillow we decided against trying it out sexually as we were afraid it wouldn't last. The petals are cute and would make great "garnish" but being cheaper fake petals they wouldn't be comfortable to lay on. Make sure to put them where you won't be laying or brush them aside before you lay down.

One thing to mention about the cuffs is you can link them together without other equipment! I wish more cuff sets were like this as linking my partners wrists and ankles together is something I like to have fun with.

While we don't use the items from this set as much as we did at first, there's still a few things in it that we still like. The cuffs aren't perfect but sometimes the look of them is just right for the situation and the paddle is still quite fun!
