Viper tongue - bondage toy by Spartacus - review by ShadowKitten

The Viper Tongue is a sinister toy made of leather that's designed to look like a snake's tongue in that it consists of two pointed strips of leather with a handle at the end, it also has a ring attached to the base of the handle for hanging it on a wall/etc.

The Viper Tongue is indeed a rather simple toy, although the leather is smooth and flat for the most part the sewn handle's stitching seemed a bit rushed and while not messy takes a bit quality away from the toy in my opinion. The Viper tongue arrived in slightly bent in the box and I could notice leather stress marks at the top of the handle (heading towards the tongue portion) as well as at the bottom of the tongue (heading towards the handle) which makes me believe this toy may eventually fall apart after more thorough use or at the very least begin shedding.

While I haven't had the chance for someone to use this on me, I have tried it out on my thighs and forearms and yowza! The tongue really packs a very powerful sting with each 'lick' even with fairly light force, in more sadistic hands this toy could definitely be a really painful (mmmmmm...pain.) tool for punishment (or pleasure if you're a masochist) piece of gear as it instantly produces nice red streaks with only a few 'licks'; I was very impressed with the tongue in terms of delivering such powerful stinging so it definitely exceeded my expectations in that department at least. I do suggest some caution when first starting out with this toy, as I said little force is needed to really leave good yummy marks; because of its flexible (yes it is flexible especially in the tongue portion after its initial break-in period) nature I would also caution when using it near the 'no-go' regions for impact toys which include but are not limited to the stomach, kidney region, feet, neck/spine area, tailbone are and hips (hips, not thighs which are fine).
