The Pleasure Feather by Sportsheets is a lovely little addition to any sensual toybox. The toy is very simple and yet has so many uses. It's inexpensive enough to be used and beautiful enough to be on display.
The toy measures around 11 inches in total, from the wrist strap to the longest feather tip. The feathers, themselves, measure approximately 6 inches each and my toy has around 25 feathers in a starburst pattern. There is a small amount of maribou feathers at the base of the longer feathers just above the pvc cup holding the feathers in securely. These feathers are held very securely and the spines are supple and flexible. These babies won't bend and break easily even with rough use.
Speaking of the feathers I would like to mention the absolutely stunning array of colors and sheen on these feathers. They have a perfectly lovely olive sheen with purple highlights and look like authentic rook feathers! They have a very natural curvature which means the overall look of the toy isn't completely symmetrical but I think it adds to the appeal.
The toy doesn't have a handle like the other feather ticklers I own but it does have a wrist strap. The strap is great for hanging the toy from a nail on the wall, a hook or a belt but it isn't quite large enough to wear over the wrist and grasp the small pvc cup comfortably. It is great for dangling the toy over the body for very light brushes as well. This toy is amazing for sensation play especially after a good cropping! It feels light and silky gliding over the skin but might be irritating for players who don't like a tickling sensation.
These are feathers so they will not take kindly to being exposed to water, body fluids or oils. They can be quickly dusted with a hairdryer set on air only or cool which should be all you need for cleaning. Aim the hairdryer down the natural curve of the feathers from root to tip. This technique can be used if the feathers get wet as well stroke the feathers with your fingers to restore the sheen.

I still ove the plush luxurious feel of this feather but I would like to caution everyone that if it is left for ong periods of time without being used it's a good idea to take it outside and shake it to remove the accumulated dust. You'll be glad you did!
