What an awesome thorough review! I hadn't heard before that you can use nail polish on metal, that's really neat.This sounds like a really solid harness choice, though I'm a little deterred by the shininess. Glad to hear that that aspect grew on you, at least
Nice and thorough---and I think the badassness of the vinyl would grow on me too. Not so much the vinyl smell, though. One thing that I was left wondering---this only has two snaps on the rubber O-ring? I've got a four-point harness and a three-point harness (the four-point one doesn't have the option of running the dildo through a hole in the harness front, the three-point one does)... but how sturdy is having just two snaps like that? Or do you basically need to slip the dildo through the hole in the pad?
There are two snaps, but I slip the dildo from the back of the hole, as there would not be that much room for the base of a toy between the ring and the piece of vinyl. It is quite sturdy but depending on the weight of the dildo applied on the front part, the harness front bends slightly to follow the dildo. If you can still tighten the harness, it'll improve the issue.

Thanks for the review! Have you ever used it in chlorinated or salt water?
I have used it in the shower once, and I know it's chlorinated, and after wiping it, it looks as shiny as new. As for salt water, I do not believe it would damage the product, but it would be imperative to rinse it in fresh water before patting it dry. Or else you'd have dry spots of salt on the harness.
