For her pleasure, this reviewer uses the vibrating massager as an accompaniment to great sex. While it can be inserted, the bulbous head and flexible neck make this hard to use. Hard thrusting and a firm shaft is what makes this girl happiest. This can stimulate the nipples, the clit, and possibly the g-spot for those that can insert the head comfortably. This toy should work for beginners and advanced users alike, although advanced users might be a bit disappointed in the lack of power that this vibe has. The best occasion to use this toy has been, at least for this reviewer, as a teaser. A little nipple play, with him running the vibe over her body as she pleases her mate, you are only limited by your imagination.

The Ali'se is composed mostly of silicone, with the base where the buttons are located being made of a hard plastic. To this reviewer's less discerning honker, it carried a slight smell; not unpleasant, just present. Most smells will go away after several washings, I am confident that this is what will happen now as well. There was no taste to this at all. Near the base of the massager, there are 5 ridges, that one would assume are there for clitoral stimulation for those that are comfortable inserting this. The texture is one that should work for most any toy user, although users who are sensitive to seams and things of that nature may be put off. There is a slight seam that can be felt, at least by me, when running my hands over the massager. I did not, however, feel it as I ran this over my body.

Silicone and plastic are both nonporous and body safe materials ( silicone is a 10 and plastic is an 8 on Eden's safety scale). The silicone part of this vibe has a bit of give, whereas the plastic does not. Both can be cleaned with soap/water, toy wipes/spray or using a 10% bleach solution. If this is used for more than one person, you should always make sure to clean it thoroughly in between partners.

With silicone toys, it is best to use water based lubricant, if you need to use lube at all. The silicone skin has very little drag to it, so unless you are inserting this, most people won't need to use lube. It should be thoroughly cleaned, at least in my opinion, before/after every use.

As far as the actual visual design of this goes, I like it a lot. I don't like the flexibility of the neck, because I prefer firmer toys, when it comes to insertables. The shape is wonderful for those that will use this as an insertable toy, because the curve should work well for using it to hit your g-spot. It worked for me but not as well as I had hoped. While the head is firm, the flimsy neck makes it hard to put any kind of pressure behind it, so that may turn many people off. Even though the head of this toy is a bit large, the entire toy itself wasn't very big. It is about the size of my hand and was very easy to hold on to. If the user is wanting a toy to insert, this might be best left to the advanced users. If it is simply being used as a body massager, beginners may enjoy this as well. It isn't a very discreet toy. You won't be able to put it in your pocket without anyone noticing and unless you carry a big purse, most people won't be able to carry this around. If you are going on a trip, I would suggest putting this in a storage bag and just adding it to the other stuff in your luggage.

The controls are very easy to use, one button to turn it on and another button to change the level. The vibrations are mostly located at the head of the massager, but they can be felt a little near the base of the vibe. The best part of this massager; it's waterproof and rechargeable, which are definite pluses in my book. What isn't so great is the level of power present in this toy. I wonder why it seems that some toys have less power when they are rechargeable. One would think after they went to all of the trouble to make a toy rechargeable, that they would want to go all the way and make a really powerful toy.

The toy wasn't very noisy, it wasn't heard through closed doors and it was barely heard under a blanket. It is completely waterproof, just make sure before you submerge it, that the silicone plug is inserted into the port correctly and completely. I am not a big fan of using toys underwater, so even though this is a waterproof toy, I have no other information to give you about that aspect of this toy.

This toy is very easy to care for. As I stated above, it can be cleaned with a 10% bleach solution, soap/warm water, toy wipes or spray. With the box that this comes in being as sturdy as it is, when not in use, I just put it back in its little plastic bed and close the box.

Since the toy is silicone, it is best to use water based lube only. Silicone lubricants can cause the silicone material on toys to degrade. When not in use, make sure the toy is separated from other toys, when toys touch they sometimes have a tendency to degrade.

I must say, out of all of my vibes that aren't luxury, the Ali'se has some of the nicest packaging I have seen in a long time. It comes in a cardboard sleeve that has a picture of the Ali'se front and back, with the top of the box open. Out slides the actual box that the Ali'se is packaged in. It is a rather sturdy box, with a plastic "window" that you can view the Ali'se through. The sides of the box have instructions ( they are the only instructions that came with this product and warranty/ disclaimer information on the other side. Inside, the Ali'se is lying on a plastic "bed" and the charging cable is covered with a cardboard flap that is removable. It is sturdy enough and nice enough to be used for storage or gift giving.

The Ali'se is a nice toy, but nice only goes so far. It's great that it is waterproof, rechargeable and has nice packaging, but I NEED POWER, lots of it. Even with the lack of power, the vibrations are deep and would have been a great addition while thrusting with this toy. At least, it would have been great if the neck wasn't so flexible that I have a hard time putting any pressure on the toy.

This works well to stimulate my nipples and to tease my body, but leaves a bit to be desired in other areas. This is not a toy that I could use solo, at least for me. That would take away any fun that I could possibly have with this toy.
