The Ali'se Vibrating Massager by MS Novelties is great for vaginal penetration, if you can get past the size of the head. The Ali'se can be used for clitoral stimulation as well, but I did not like the way it felt. This is not recommended for anal use as their is no flared base to keep it from getting list. I would say this is more of an advanced toy as the size way be too much for a beginner. This toy is suitable for solo or partner play.

The main body of the Ali'se is made of Silicone which is hypoallergenic and latex free. It also rates a 10 on the Eden's Safety Scale. The handle or base of this vibrator is made of food grade plastic, which is rated at an 8 on the safetly scale. I have not noticed any smell or taste with this vibrator. Overall this toy has no texture and is smooth, with the exception of just above the base there are a couple ridges there. I did not feel that they added anything to the toy with their placement. This toy does have some flexibility to it at the head.

The Ali'se measures in at 7 1/2 inches in length, with 5 1/2 of those being insertable. The circumference is 5 1/2 inches with a diameter of 2 inches. The widest area of this vibrator is at the top of the insertable end. If you can get past that you will enjoy this toy; if you are just starting out I would not recommend this toy due to the girth. Length wise it is approx the same size as an average penis so that should not be an issue. I do not know that I would travel with this toy as it is rechargable and the buttons are fairly easy to push. If it was totally dead then I would consider it.

The controls on the Ali'se are very easy to use. On the base of the vibrator are two buttons, one is used to power the toy on/off; the other button is to cycle through the functions offered. There are a total of seven different settings on this vibrator. The first three are simple vibrations, each more powerful than the last. The next four settings are patterned. I enjoyed the power but not so much the patterns on this particular vibrator. I did not find this to be a loud toy at all, even on the highest setting. This toy is advertised as waterproof, while I have not yet tested in there is an O ring making a very tight seal.

As this toy is made of Silicone you can wash it with a toy cleaner, wipe, or water and anti-bacterial soap before putting away. Please keep in mind that it may collect some dust/lint so you will want to dry it quickly and put it in a ziploc bag or something similar to keep it clean in between uses. For storage purposes I enclose mine in a ziploc bag, with all the air out, and place it on a shelf in my toy cabinet.

I have really enjoyed using the Ali'se. The vibrations are powerful enough for me and the girth is just right.
