The Mini Neon is a solid toy for a beginner, or for slightly more advanced users when used in tandem with other toys. This was purchased for me as a gift to use with anal play, more than for clitoral stimulation. I used it multiple ways, but found that for me it worked best with anal play. Despite it's small size, it does a fairly decent job. Personally, I found the power/adjust button to be easily hit when maneuvering, which because extremely frustrating at times. If you are just beginning to explore toys, this is definitely a good buy, especially with the price.

The material is not my favorite. I typically prefer silicone or something similar. The Mini Neon is a hard plastic that can be extremely slippery if it gets wet at all. It is also extremely susceptible to temperature changes.

The size is discreet and easy to hide, which can be good if you are living with a roommate. The design is nothing special, a standard bullet shape, although the point can certainly make things fun. I have the pink one, which I find to be flirty and fun, although it is a paler pink than the picture.

The control centers around one button which turns it on, increases the speed, and turns it off. To increase the speed, hold down the button. The problem with this is that if you pass the speed you'd like, you have to go back through all of them.

Easy to clean. Use either a toy cleaner or even soap and water after use. With this toy I typically use soap and water, and I have seen no adverse effects.
