G-Quake Did Not Rock My World
I need to stop buying dual action toys. They never seem to deliver on their promises. I really enjoy g-spot & clitoral orgasms combined--just use separate toys.Published: September 17, 2008
Pros:
The bullet
Cons:
Poor Design
Too flexible
Too flexible
The 10x Jel-Lee G-Quake vibrator by Topco, did not make me shake or quake at all. The premise behind the vibrator, I assume, is that the g-spot and clitoris are stimulated simultaneously. This toy did not provide consistent g-spot stimulation or clitoral stimulation. The little nubs that assist with clitoral stimulation were inadequate. The nubs are uniformly sized, which made it difficult to make direct contact with the clitoris. The nubs did provide some mild stimulation when moved around on.
This vibrator is made out of Jel-Lee, which is very soft and flexible. I am not a big fan of the jelly-like material. I would have preferred that the toy not be so soft. It made for difficult insertion, at times. It was also too soft to provide the intensity of vibrations to the g-spot that I have grown to enjoy. The G-spot is supposedly stimulated by a decent sized nub at the other end of the toy. I think this is the basic design flaw of the toy. Of course, every woman is different. I found the toy did not make good contact with both the g-spot and the clitoris. I'm sure it is difficult to design a toy that would provide g spot and clitoral stimulation considering the different body types.
The color was very appealing.
The bullet is at the bottom of the toy. The sleeve can be removed to assist in more thorough cleaning. The best use, in my opinion, for this toy, is to remove the sleeve and use the bullet solely. The bullet does provide strong, intense vibrations. Of course, you could just buy a bullet vibe and probably save some money. At least, it was not a total waste of money.
The 10x Jel-Lee G-Quake definitely did not rock my world as promised.

Thank you for viewing 10x jel-lee G-quake – g-spot vibrator review page!

It is difficult to design a good double stim. toy given the wide variation of body types. Also, softer material almost never works well for g-spot stimulation. The Rock Chick is one of few toys of this type that seems to work well for a lot of people.
Dual stimulation toys are usually a let-down for me too. I can't believe they put the bullet in the other side!
I have a similar toy and experienced the same issues. It was too soft, the vibrations were muted because of the material and the clitoral stimulator wasn't impressive.
As this is jel-lee and highly porous a condom is a must for when you use it to prevent bacteria growth and to extend the life of the toy.
Have you tried a toy with a dual motor so you can have full power in both the clitoral stimulator and the insertable portion of the toy? I have found that almost all toys that don't have both fall short in one area or the other.
Also thank you Sleeping dreamer that is an important bit of information to have.
Dual-stimulation vibes are normally hit-or-miss, but this one doesn't seem to be well made though, and I'd honestly be surprised if it worked well for anyone. Thanks for the review.
Great review!
Good review
Thanks for the review! I'll steer clear of this toy, I think.
