First off is a light buzz that stays mostly in the clit point and can't be felt throughout the toy. Second is an obvious step up from the first with a medium, faster vibe that can be felt in both points. The main and most used setting on my toy is the third, which is amazing, and I'm not playing favorites. That last setting is hard, quick, and intense and can be felt from the base of the handle to the tip of the highest point.

Take into consideration that the control knob is located at the bottom of the toy and is one in the same with the handle.
