The upper portion of the vibrator has five rings of ridges for added stimulation. At 6.5 inches in length, (5.5 inches are insertable) this is a super slim toy. It's only 3/4 of an inch in diameter. Made from smooth and noduled plastic, this toy is hypo-allergenic, latex free, and phthalates free.

Cleaning for this toy is simple with an antibacterial soap and hot water. Alternatively, you can use an alcohol wipe. The compatible lubes are water, silicone, and oil based.

With two AA batteries, you'll be in business by loading the toy using the twist off bottom cap.







This vibrator has a graduating dial base for various speed intensities. This toy is ULTRA loud! It is also waterproof, which helps to offset its louder than life motor. The first time I broke this toy out was during foreplay with my partner. Honestly, I was so put off by the noise, I put it away as quickly as I turned it on. I really wanted to give it another chance, so I decided to test out its waterproof abilities by taking it to the shower with me. As I mentioned above, this toy is very slim. I think this would be a nice first toy for someone. Personally, I prefer a bit more girth. As for intensity, it was mediocre. Turned up to the highest speed, this vibe was okay. It was not the weakest, but it most definitely was not the most powerful.

After deciding that this toy doesn't meet my own vaginal standards, I had another idea. My partner inserted it anally during intercourse while in the doggy style position. Its length made that a little bit awkward for insertion during penetration, but it's definitely achievable. Size wise, it was perfect for anal stimulation. It also feels like it packs a more powerful punch when used anally. (I feel like I've said 'anally' about forty-seven times now!)

That said, my Candy Ripples Vibe is backdoor use only! Not bad.

Initially I wasn't overly impressed with this vibe. Don't get me wrong, you can't beat the price. But the noisy motor really turned me off. As mentioned in my earlier review, it's GREAT for anal use. So I've started to become a bit more fond of it.
