As far as masturbators go, the Solo Slider 5x is by far one of the most comfortable. Easy to put on, easy to slide, this toy beats most. I was able to slide the Solo Slider right onto my erect penis, without the tugging and rubbing that is sometimes associated with solo masturbator play. That alone would have been a plus enough, but no, the good people at Topco had to provide me with more. The unit comes with a multifunction vibrating bullet which nestles at the top of the toy. That, coupled with the internal soft ribbing makes for an extreme experience. Since this toy is extremely stretchy and comfortable, it is perfect for beginners who are not yet used to shoving themselves in something tight.

The Solo Slider, while perfect in many ways, is made from cyber skin which is supposed to mimic the feel of real skin. This toy just didn't cut it for me. While the sleeve is very soft, it feels more like jelly than cyber skin. Even so, the material is cool to the touch, does not conduct heat from the vibrating bullet, and is easy to hold. The inside of the toy is riddled with ribs, which narrow in the middle only to widen again at the top. I found it difficult to feel the ribs while the unit was vibrating, but during non vibration play the ribs provided me with an extra element of stimulation.

The Solo Slider is really just your typical sleeve. The unit is nothing more than a hollow cylinder with a vibrating bullet on the other end. While the sleeve is perfect for men who are five inches long or less it may not be suitable for those with longer penises. I found that if I pushed my penis in all the way it came out the other end, pushing the bullet out. While this is obviously fun in its own right, it might prove tedious to some men.

I am a big fan of any vibrating toy. The more functions the better I always say. This unit comes with five different speeds with two functions, pulsing and vibration and pulsing. The first three modes are pulsing modes, which start out very soft and slow and speed up to a strong pulse. The fourth mode is a low vibration mode while the fifth mode is a strong constant vibration with intermittent pulsing.

Now, I'm a man who likes his vibrations strong, so it comes as no surprise that my favorite mode is the last. This malfunction forced me to keep one hand over the top of the unit while I played. A little tedious if you ask me. Finally,I just took the bullet out and rested it against my balls for a little added stimulation as I carried on with just the sleeve.

The controls are as simple as can be. A heart shaped blue slider moves up and down the battery pack to turn the unit on and off and switch through the different modes.

This toy is made of cyber skin, so it is very important to provide it with the right kind of care and cleaning. The unit should always be washed in soap and water before and after each use, then dusted lightly with cornstarch to prevent cracking. After that, the sleeve must be placed in a plastic bag or other container by itself and stored away from both heat and light. This toy should never come into contact with silicone or other petroleum products as it will break down the sleeve. Also, this toy will absorb dyes from other materials, so always store it by itself. Also,it is helpful to wear a condom during play.
