It's made to stimulate male and female simultaneously. I believe the rabbit ears are for the clitoris. Not 100% sure how this works because we don't use cock rings, but yes, usually the whole puporse of the attachment (rabbit or other animal) on a cock ring is for the female. I never get anything out of them though.
