An added 2 inches of insertable length would have been nice but we found this extension to be too thick and have too short of a sleeve to be useful. The only place I could see this being useful is if you were around 4 inches to begin with in which case you'd only have to deal with the loss of sensation when wearing it. It left us both disappointed.

I'd like to start off by saying I really do like the idea of my partner or I being able to have an extra 2 inches and the ribs on this extension did feel great during anal sex (only as the receiver), but there were too many problems to leave us satisfied.
When first opening this item there was a moderate rubber-like smell that many of you might be used to from past adult toys. A few rounds of washing it took care of most of that though. Cleaning it wasn't difficult at all. Just run some warm water inside of it and scrub a little with a piece of cloth or your finger. It is NOT safe to be boiled and soap is not recommended in product cleaning.
At first I was a bit confused on how I was to get this onto my penis but found the best way to be rolling the base of it back, putting it over the head of my penis then unrolling it back down. Here was where I noticed two major problems for us. First, it only covers 4 inches of my shaft. This means during sex only the 6.25 inch total length of the extension can be inserted and thus it didn't actually extend the penetration length in our case. Second, this extension is 3/8" thick on each side. I'm already quite thick myself and although when on me it didn't feel too tight or constricting, it didn't feel very great for my partner having my thickness plus an extra 6/8ths inch diameter added.
On the other side, as a penetrator, it almost completely blocks out all sensation. Most people know how condoms don't allow for full sensation so try to imagine that only at least 10 times thicker. It would try to slip off it inserted past the extension while pulling out but otherwise seemed to stay in place without problem.
