This is a durable hand-held unit that is extremely easy to use. Right out of the box, all I had to do was connect the pump to the head of the unit, lube it up, and slip it on. It is perfect for helping you achieve a more full and hard erection. I am an average sized guy and it worked great for me. The gasket that seals around the penis will accommodate the small to average man. If you have large (whether in length or girth, then you will need to seek a unit that is labeled for the larger man. Please heed the warnings to avoid using too much pressure. This unit doesn't have a gauge to measure the pressure, so you will need to experiment to ensure a safe pressure that is comfortable for you.

Right out of the package you will be happy with this product. There is a small odor from the rubber seal at the base of the unit and on the flexible hose that connects to the head of the unit.
